Covid-19 has impacted the world. physically and also mentally, even outside of the virus, the impact of mental health has risen amongst people during these times and it only gets worse as the months pass. the consequences of this has produced a rise in isolation, loss of income and fear which are triggering mental health conditions or exacerbating existing ones. Many people may be facing increased levels of alcohol and drug use, insomnia, and anxiety.
